About the Role

This position is for a seasoned real estate professional to oversee and expand a property portfolio in Qatar. The role focuses on boosting sales and leasing activity, uncovering fresh business prospects, strengthening client partnerships, and managing the daily functioning of the real estate business unit.

The right candidate will bring deep knowledge of the Qatar property market, strong commercial judgement, and a proven record of delivering revenue through high-quality client service. This is a strategic role for someone who can create alliances, broaden market reach, and support sustainable business expansion.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create and execute plans that improve property sales, leasing performance, and overall business growth.
  • Source new business leads and maintain a healthy pipeline across residential, commercial, and investment assets.
  • Develop long-term relationships with owners, developers, investors, corporate accounts, and government stakeholders.
  • Guide the sales and leasing team toward monthly and annual revenue goals.
  • Carry out market studies, compare pricing, and review competitor activity.
  • Lead negotiations for sales, leasing, and commercial contracts to improve profitability.
  • Oversee property listings, customer inquiries, site visits, and deal closure activities.
  • Spot investment opportunities and partnership options within Qatar’s real estate market.
  • Make sure all activities follow local real estate laws and internal company policies.
  • Prepare reports, sales projections, and market insights for senior leadership.
  • Provide outstanding service and nurture durable client relationships.

Requirements

  • A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Marketing, or a similar discipline.
  • At least 7–10 years of experience in real estate sales, leasing, or property management.
  • A minimum of 5 years working in the Qatar real estate market is required.
  • Demonstrated success in meeting sales goals and generating revenue in residential and commercial property segments.
  • Strong understanding of Qatar property laws, leasing rules, and market movements.
  • Background in leading sales teams and building growth-focused business strategies.
  • A well-established network of developers, owners, investors, corporate clients, and agencies in Qatar.
  • Excellent skills in negotiation, communication, presentations, and relationship building.
  • Comfort using Microsoft Office and CRM platforms.
  • A valid Qatar driving licence is mandatory.
  • Arabic and English fluency is mandatory.
