Role Summary

This is a full-time, on-site position in Doha for a Real Estate Agent. The role centers on helping clients find suitable residential and commercial properties for rent, purchase, or investment, while managing leads, coordinating property visits, and supporting smooth transactions from inquiry through handover.

What You Will Do

  • Identify and pursue new leads, then follow up consistently to move prospects through the sales pipeline.
  • Arrange and conduct property tours for prospective tenants, buyers, and investors.
  • Guide clients toward properties that match their requirements and budget.
  • Keep the property inventory current and well organized across listings.
  • Draft, review, and manage tenancy and sales-related paperwork.
  • Work with landlords, property managers, and buyers to keep transactions moving smoothly.
  • Support property handovers and ensure the process is completed professionally.
  • Track market developments, pricing, and neighborhood details to provide informed advice.
  • Deliver client-focused service that reflects the company’s standards.
  • Participate in team meetings and training sessions, and contribute to the agency’s overall growth.

Candidate Profile

  • Strong ability to build trust with clients and provide tailored property solutions.
  • Clear communication and negotiation skills, with strong spoken and written English; knowledge of other languages is a plus.
  • Interest in, or experience with, property sales, leasing, and promotion through online and social channels.
  • Good organization and time management to juggle viewings, paperwork, and follow-ups.
  • Willingness to learn Qatar’s property market, regulations, and neighborhood landscape.
  • Comfort using digital tools and listing platforms; experience with CRM systems is an advantage.
  • Background in real estate, customer-facing roles, or a similar field is preferred, though motivated newcomers may also be considered.
  • A valid Qatar driving license, or the ability to obtain one, along with dependable transport for site visits.
  • Professional, ethical conduct and respect for company policies and legal requirements.
