Key Responsibilities
- Manage inventory levels for raw materials, spare parts, and related stock so production demand is consistently supported.
- Own warehouse stock records and supervise daily and monthly inventory checks, comparing physical counts with Oracle data and resolving discrepancies to close the month accurately.
- Coordinate with Procurement to make sure required materials are available within agreed delivery timelines.
- Contribute raw-material-related projects and budget inputs for the Annual Operating Plan, including renovation, expansion, and equipment needs that support future growth.
- Oversee warehouse operations and apply time-and-motion methods to improve processes such as loading, mixing, storage, issue to production, and shipment to satellites.
- Monitor raw material stock counts, determine inventory position, and ensure all inventory for BOM-listed SKUs is updated in the Inventory Control System on a weekly basis.
- Review and improve standard operating procedures and performance measurement tools to strengthen warehouse KPIs such as productivity, loaded cases per hour, breakage, and shrinkage.
- Assess workplace safety conditions for people and equipment, including forklift speed, traffic routes, and use of protective gear, while ensuring a safe working environment.
- Investigate incidents, identify root causes, and recommend process changes to prevent repeat issues.
- Track execution of the RM plan, coordinate issues or plan changes with the MAM, and ensure work remains aligned with the approved plan.
