Role Overview

In this position, you will work within the Operations team and report to the Inspector Team Leader or Operations Manager. The role is centered on conducting quality inspections at client sites and ensuring all work is completed according to QIMA procedures and standards.

Key Duties

• Review emails each day and collect the inspection paperwork needed for assignments.
• Arrive at inspection sites on time and communicate professionally with suppliers.
• Carry out merchandise checks in line with company processes and oversee container stuffing as per procedure.
• Complete inspection reports accurately and within the required timelines.

Requirements

Applicants should hold a college degree or higher in apparel or a related field and bring more than 3 years of experience in quality management for garments or textile products. A solid understanding of AQL standards, along with applicable safety and quality regulations, is important. Strong spoken and written English skills are needed, together with excellent attention to detail and a high standard of professional ethics.
