About the Role
We are looking for a seasoned and detail-focused Quality Assurance Manager to take charge of the organization’s quality management framework and ongoing improvement efforts. In this position, you will help make sure that products, services, workflows, and day-to-day operations consistently align with internal standards and regulatory expectations.
This opportunity suits someone with solid experience in quality management, compliance, auditing, process enhancement, and team leadership.
Key Responsibilities
- Create, roll out, and keep updated quality assurance policies, procedures, and standards.
- Drive organization-wide quality management and continuous improvement programs.
- Track operational workflows to ensure they follow quality benchmarks and industry best practices.
- Carry out internal audits, inspections, and quality evaluations.
- Review quality data and performance indicators to pinpoint improvement opportunities.
- Examine quality concerns, determine root causes, and oversee corrective action plans.
- Work closely with operational teams to strengthen efficiency and overall quality results.
- Handle quality records, documentation, and reporting processes.
- Make sure the organization meets relevant regulatory, industry, and internal standards.
- Assist with external audits, certifications, and quality review activities.

- Prepare reports and presentations on quality performance for senior leadership.

- Demonstrated background in quality assurance, quality control, compliance, auditing, or operational excellence.
- Professional credentials such as ISO Lead Auditor, Six Sigma, Lean Six Sigma, CQM, CQE, or similar are strongly preferred.
- Experience building and managing quality management systems (QMS).
- Good understanding of auditing practices, risk management, and compliance structures.
- Hands-on experience with process improvement methods and performance tracking.
- Experience in multinational or regional organizations is an advantage.
