Role Overview
As a Quality Assurance Analyst in Global Operations, you will review audits performed by internal specialists and external vendor agents across multiple business lines, including email support and moderation. You will also take on other audit formats such as root cause analysis reviews and targeted audits when needed.
Key Duties
- Evaluate completed audits for internal teams and vendor agents across all business areas.
- Carry out additional audit work such as RCA reviews, targeted audits, and similar assignments.
- Train internal specialists, vendor team leads, and graders on expected behaviors, workflows, and operating procedures.
- Develop, refine, and keep audit rubrics up to date so agent performance is measured consistently.
- Review operational data, assess how each line of business is performing, and share insights with important stakeholders.
- Use trend analysis to spot improvement opportunities for the team and the wider business.
- Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders, as well as internal and external partner teams.
- Strengthen working relationships with vendor teams to support KPI attainment and accountability.
- Manage projects while ensuring weekly audit requirements are completed on schedule.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in escalations and/or operations.
- Strong interest in customer experience.
