QC Inspector

Role Overview

Napco National is seeking a QC Inspector in the Makkah Region to help maintain product and process quality across manufacturing activities. The role involves reviewing operational data, supporting production processes, and ensuring that outputs meet defined engineering and quality standards.

Key Duties

• Gather information from different sources, assess the findings, and prepare reports that support operational decisions.
• Plan and coordinate work or project tasks so they are completed efficiently and within both immediate and longer-term goals.
• Run the necessary production-machine steps in line with SOPs and any other applicable instructions.
• Continuously review the manufacturing flow to confirm quality standards are being met and to support improvements in engineering and production methods.
• Examine and test tools, spare parts, raw inputs, work-in-progress items, and completed products using basic to advanced laboratory equipment, applying engineering and procedural standards to identify any nonconformities.

Quality Standards and Process Control

The position requires close attention to process consistency, accurate interpretation of results, and a disciplined approach to detecting and addressing deviations across the production environment.
