Role Overview
Enchanté Accessories is looking for a meticulous Purchase Order Assistant to support day-to-day operations through precise data entry and ongoing system upkeep. This role focuses on maintaining accurate style, order, and cost information across spreadsheets and web-based platforms.
Key Duties
- Input, revise, and keep current style and purchase order records in Excel and online systems.
- Load data required for style and order setup while ensuring all records are correct.
- Handle daily updates and maintenance for purchase orders and style master records in AIMS.
- Keep cost sheets, style details, and purchase order information such as pricing and quantities up to date.
- Check information for errors, spot inconsistencies, and correct them as needed.
- Work with internal teams to make sure updates happen on time and workflows stay on track.
- Take on other related tasks when assigned.
Competencies
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
- Prior exposure to purchase order or ERP systems is an advantage.
- Excellent accuracy and careful attention to detail.
- Strong planning and time management skills, with the ability to meet deadlines.
- Comfortable working collaboratively and staying organized.
Education and Experience
A high school diploma is required. An associate degree or bachelor’s degree is preferred. Candidates may also qualify with 1–2 years of relevant experience in data entry or purchase order handling.
