Arch Point Group is hiring an experienced Psychologist with a Ph.D. to lead center-level activities in Jaipur. The position blends clinical counseling work with outreach, promotion, and partnership-building for psychological and wellness services.
Position details
Role: Psychologist (Ph.D.)
Experience: 5 to 10 years
Location: Jaipur, Rajasthan
Education: Bachelors or Masters in Psychology, preferably Clinical Psychology, Counseling Psychology, or a related specialization
Salary: ₹30,000 to ₹60,000 per month
Core clinical responsibilities
- Carry out psychological assessments, evaluations, and diagnostic interviews.
- Conduct one-to-one, family, and group counseling sessions.
- Prepare treatment plans and track client progress over time.
- Handle confidential records and maintain proper case documentation.
- Lead wellness programs, mental health workshops, and awareness sessions.
- Provide support during crisis situations and offer emotional stabilization when needed.
- Keep current with developments in psychological research and therapy methods.
Outreach and business development responsibilities
- Plan and implement campaigns that help promote counseling and wellness services.
- Build relationships with schools, colleges, companies, hospitals, and NGOs.
- Organize seminars, webinars, and community awareness drives to expand reach.
- Develop content for social platforms, articles, presentations, and mental health initiatives.
- Represent the organization at networking meetings and professional gatherings.
- Assist with lead generation and client onboarding efforts.
- Strengthen brand visibility and the organization’s standing in the mental health space.
Mandatory skills and capabilities
The role calls for strong counseling expertise, sound diagnostic ability, confident public communication, workshop facilitation, social media and content planning, relationship management, presentation design, documentation, and people leadership.
