Role Summary
This is a full-time, on-site Property Valuer position in Dubai. The role centers on inspecting properties, gathering market intelligence, and carrying out valuation work for residential, commercial, and mixed-use assets. You will prepare valuation documentation, keep records accurate, and ensure all assessments follow applicable local rules and industry practices. The position also involves working with clients, estate agents, and internal teams to explain findings, confirm requirements, and support informed decisions. In addition, you will track market movements, study comparable sale and rental evidence, and help improve valuation methods and internal processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out detailed inspections of residential, commercial, and mixed-use properties.
- Collect and review relevant market information to support valuation work.
- Analyze comparable sales and rental evidence to determine property value.
- Prepare clear, accurate valuation reports and maintain proper supporting records.
- Ensure valuations comply with local regulations, Dubai standards, and industry guidelines.
- Coordinate with clients, estate agents, and internal stakeholders to clarify requirements and explain outcomes.
- Monitor property market trends and provide insights that improve valuation quality and processes.
- Manage multiple assignments while meeting deadlines and maintaining high attention to detail.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Finance, Business Administration, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a similar discipline.
- 2–3 years of proven property valuation experience in the UAE market.
- Solid knowledge of Dubai Land Department (DLD), RERA rules, and Dubai Valuation Standards (Dubai Book).
- Hands-on experience preparing valuation reports for residential, commercial, and mixed-use properties.
- Strong analytical ability, research capability, and report-writing skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and the ability to work accurately under deadlines.
- Good command of Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Strong spoken and written English communication skills; Arabic is an added advantage.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team setting.
- Professional valuation certifications, or ongoing progress toward them, will be viewed positively.
