The team provides a supportive, professional environment along with regular training and marketing assistance. Sales agents are given the flexibility to work across off-plan, secondary, and leasing transactions without limitations.

Role Overview
The Property Consultant will work with investors and property owners to understand goals, present suitable opportunities, and support the buying, selling, and leasing process in Dubai’s real estate market.
Responsibilities
- Learn each investor’s objectives and preferences, then prepare suitable proposals.
- Stay current with market movements and build strong investor relationships.
- Participate in developer briefings for new launches and keep track of the latest project updates.
- Approach homeowners and encourage them to list properties for sale or rent.
- Create listings on property portals, maintain CRM records, and carry out Property Monitor analysis.
- Guide clients through the purchasing process, paperwork, financing choices, and ROI calculations.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of real estate experience in Dubai, with solid understanding of the local property market.
- Strong interest in sales and a clear intention to build a long-term career in property.
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities, with the confidence to develop lasting client relationships.
- Ability to market properties and present ideas effectively using digital tools and online platforms.
- Team-oriented mindset, cooperative attitude, and good time-management skills.
