Its goal is to reshape the real estate sector through an integrated super app built to support agents and mortgage brokers.

Role Summary

This full-time, on-site Property Consultant role in Abu Dhabi focuses on luxury real estate sales. The position involves building strong client and developer relationships, advising buyers through the property purchase journey, and using market insight to help clients make informed decisions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create and nurture business relationships with high-value clients and property developers to drive sales opportunities.
  • Support customers throughout the home-buying process by offering guidance and recommendations tailored to luxury property needs.
  • Keep up to date with market movements, emerging projects, and available properties.
  • Use market knowledge to share accurate, relevant, and timely information with clients.
  • Work to generate referrals from satisfied customers to grow the client base.
  • Partner with colleagues to meet both personal and team sales goals.
  • Follow up on client needs and present suitable property options with confidence and professionalism.

Requirements

  • At least 6 months of real estate experience in the UAE, ideally within Abu Dhabi, along with solid knowledge of the local market.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, customer service, and presentation abilities.
  • Self-driven attitude with the capacity to perform well independently and as part of a team.
  • A valid UAE driving license is required.
  • Interest in staying current with market trends, new launches, and property inventory.
  • Ability to ask for referrals and build long-term client relationships.
  • Willingness to work toward individual and team sales targets.
  • Specialization in a particular area and multilingual ability can be an advantage.
