Role Summary
The Project Sales Specialist will be responsible for driving sales performance, strengthening customer relationships, and managing the full sales cycle across relevant service categories. The position involves working with both current and prospective clients, preparing quotations, following up on opportunities, and ensuring customers receive the right products and services on time.
Key Responsibilities
- Consistently achieve or surpass monthly, quarterly, and yearly targets for sales, quality, productivity, and customer service.
- Grow relationships with current and potential clients by regularly sharing quotations aligned with their needs.
- Make sure products and services are delivered accurately and within the expected timeframe.
- Promote the company’s offerings, identify leads, arrange meetings, conduct qualifying sales calls, and move opportunities through the full sales process until conversion.
- Develop a healthy sales pipeline by identifying future buyers and planning timely follow-ups.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and account details in the CRM system.
- Build and nurture business relationships with owners, consultants, contractors, and direct customers.
- Prepare and share proposal updates and sales reports with the sales manager.
Requirements
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in hotel supplies sales or project sales.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, presentation, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
- Working knowledge of CRM tools and systems.
- Ability to stay persuasive while maintaining a professional approach.
- Bachelor’s degree in business or a closely related discipline.
- Demonstrated ability to perform beyond basic quotation work and achieve strong sales results.
Additional Information
This role is based in Jeddah, Makkah, Saudi Arabia. The position is full-time and on-site.
