About the Role
Müller's Solutions is seeking an experienced, practical Project Manager to steer the delivery of a SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition rollout for a major trading organization in Saudi Arabia. The assignment covers a multi-legal-entity transformation across Finance and Supply Chain, beginning with Fit-to-Standard workshops and continuing through go-live and hypercare. You will work closely with the client’s leadership team while also coordinating a hybrid delivery setup that includes both onsite and offshore resources.
This is a high-profile position within the company’s Middle East practice. The role reports directly to the Managing Director and carries end-to-end accountability for scope, timeline, budget, and overall client satisfaction throughout the engagement.
Key Responsibilities
You will be responsible for guiding the program across all phases using SAP ACTIVATE methodology, from Prepare through Run. The delivery team will include specialists across Finance, Supply Chain, Integration, Data Migration, and Training, and you will ensure these workstreams function as a unified team across onsite and offshore locations.
Core ownership areas include maintaining the project plan, RAID log, budget controls, and staffing decisions throughout the lifecycle. You will also lead executive reporting and steering committee sessions with leadership across four legal entities.
Additional duties include governing scope, managing change requests, protecting delivery quality and commercial margin, and overseeing cutover planning, go-live readiness, and hypercare support to ensure a smooth client transition. You will also coordinate ZATCA Phase 2 compliance milestones in collaboration with the Finance workstream lead.
Requirements
The ideal candidate brings 8 or more years of SAP project management experience with full lifecycle ownership. You must have personally led at least three SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition go-lives and hold SAP ACTIVATE methodology certification.
Experience handling multi-legal-entity SAP implementations in Saudi Arabia is required, along with strong stakeholder management skills in Arabic-speaking business settings, especially with C-level leaders and finance executives. You should also have a proven ability to maintain discipline around scope, budget, and timelines on fixed-price or milestone-based projects.
Preferred qualifications include PMP or PRINCE2 certification, prior exposure to trading, distribution, or manufacturing environments, and familiarity with SAP Integration Suite as well as BTP-based integration landscapes.
