Role overview
The Project Manager will partner with cross-functional teams across OLLY to lead commercialization of new products and improve the current product portfolio. Reporting to the Project Management Director, this role helps ensure products launch on schedule, align with retailer timelines, and meet internal standards for cost and quality as the business continues to scale.
Key responsibilities
- Guide cross-functional teams through product development and launch, ensuring delivery against timeline, budget, and strategic goals.
- Build project plans that connect work across Product Development, Operations, Creative, Marketing, and Sales.
- Perform ad hoc financial and scenario analysis to support product launches.
- Prepare and lead gate reviews with the Leadership Team to decide whether launches should proceed.
- Oversee product change management, including scope decisions, obsolete inventory budget considerations, transition timing, and retailer communications.
- Create project schedules and work with Operations to support smooth transitions.
- Work closely with internal and external stakeholders while proactively identifying and reducing project risks.
- Manage the BOM setup process for launches together with the master data manager.
- Recommend process improvements that make the launch process more scalable and execution more accurate and efficient.
- Contribute positively to team culture and help improve the employee experience.

You should be highly detail-oriented, dependable, and able to keep people organized and aligned. Strong communication skills are important, along with the ability to simplify complex topics for different audiences and build strong relationships with external partners. A calm, composed approach under pressure is essential.
Required experience and skills
- 5 to 7 years of experience in project management or new product innovation within a consumer packaged goods company.
- Demonstrated success leading project teams in a collaborative, fast-moving environment.
- Strong problem-solving ability and comfort working with incomplete information.
- Open, transparent communication style with the ability to give and receive actionable feedback.
- Ability to balance multiple priorities and deliver across several projects at once.
- Excellent organization, attention to detail, and self-motivation.
- Strong technical skills, including Excel and other Microsoft Office tools.
- Experience with project management tools such as Wrike, Asana, or Microsoft Project.
- Interest in process design and project management best practices; exposure to Master Data and Continuous Improvement principles is a plus.
Interview process
- Initial video screening with a Talent team member.
- Round 1: Conversation with the Hiring Manager plus one or two additional team discussions.
- Round 2: Two or three conversations with team members or cross-functional colleagues.
- Final round: Homework exercise.

Compensation
The base salary range for this position is USD 113,940 to 139,260 per year. For remote employees, final compensation depends on both geographic location and experience and will fall within the posted range.
