Project Manager (Ireland)

About the role

Xtremepush is hiring a Project Manager for its Customer Success function. In this position, you will support customers through onboarding by coordinating projects, offering guidance, and helping them realise the full value of the platform. The role sits within a fast-moving SaaS environment where strong organisation, leadership, and delivery focus are essential.

You will be responsible for steering software projects from planning through completion, ensuring that timelines, quality standards, and client expectations are consistently met. The role is hybrid, with location options in Dublin, London, or Milton Keynes.

What you'll do

• Work with stakeholders to shape project scope, define objectives, and break work into clear deliverables.
• Create detailed plans, schedules, and resourcing approaches so projects stay on track and within agreed timelines.
• Spot risks early and take action to reduce their impact on delivery.
• Coordinate across teams to build a collaborative, high-performing working environment.
• Assign work thoughtfully so each team member’s strengths are used effectively.
• Guide and support colleagues throughout the full project lifecycle.
• Act as the main contact for clients and keep communication clear, timely, and transparent.
• Share regular updates on progress, milestones, and any issues that may affect delivery.
• Respond to client concerns with professionalism and a strong focus on relationship building.
• Carry out reviews and testing to help ensure products are delivered to a high standard.
• Work closely with account managers, technical solutions teams, and integration partners.
• Manage scope or schedule changes carefully while keeping everyone aligned on revised plans and impacts.
• Stay adaptable and resilient when priorities shift, without losing momentum.

What we're looking for

• A bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related subject, or equivalent practical experience.
• 4–5 years of proven project management experience within a SaaS software development setting.
• A solid understanding of project management methods and best practices.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills for working with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams.
• The ability to manage several projects at once while staying highly organised.
• Comfort using project management tools and software to keep delivery efficient.
• Analytical thinking and strong problem-solving ability.
• Experience with the SaaS product development lifecycle is preferred.
• Familiarity with relevant technologies and software development workflows is preferred.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is preferred.
