Job description
Role overview
A health information, analytics, and publishing client is looking for a Project Manager for a 3-month engagement. The role sits within a Transformation Office supporting a wide-ranging change programme across an international, health-focused business.
Reporting to the Head of Strategy and Transformation, you will help steer delivery across multiple workstreams, keeping timelines, budgets, governance, and stakeholder coordination on track so that each stream stays aligned to the broader transformation and growth strategy.
What you'll be doing
- Oversee the day-to-day progress of several transformation workstreams and keep milestone delivery on schedule.
- Monitor budgets, risks, dependencies, and action items, while contributing to governance routines and programme status updates.
- Work closely with stakeholders across product, sales, and central teams, ensuring clear and consistent communication with both teams and senior leaders.
- Help prioritise and actively deliver initiatives spanning AI-enabled propositions, go-to-market activity, operational improvements, and people communications.
Requirements
- Between 3 and 5 years of project management experience, preferably gained in large and complex organisations.
- Strong capability in organisation, reporting, and stakeholder coordination, with the ability to juggle multiple workstreams simultaneously.
- Comfortable working in fast-moving, uncertain environments and taking a proactive, hands-on approach.
- Experience with transformation or change programmes is desirable, along with an interest in healthcare, pharma, or data-led businesses.
