Role Overview

Atreo.io is seeking a Project Manager to support RTSM application operations for clients in the United States. This position begins at the User Acceptance Testing stage and continues through go-live, client support, training, and relationship management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the main day-to-day contact for clients during RTSM application support activities starting at UAT.
  • Create, roll out, and manage sponsor communication plans aligned with Atreo standard operating procedures, including service level agreements, data management practices, and support workflows.
  • Coordinate all required data loading activities such as users, sites, and randomization lists across multiple environments.
  • Lead client UAT activities and support the transition into system go-live.
  • Work with client teams in clinical supplies and operations to ensure effective system use.
  • Act as an escalation contact for system or support issues, and help build training content for Customer Support staff on application support processes and client-specific expectations.
  • Prepare training guides for clients and sites, and deliver study-related training to clinical teams.
  • Track recurring study issues to identify process improvements, product enhancements, or additional training needs.
  • Support client audits as needed.
  • Maintain strong client relationships and monitor client health scores.

Experience and Qualifications

  • Hands-on experience in professional technical support is required.
  • Excellent communication skills are essential.
  • A bachelor’s degree in life sciences, supply chain management, or information technology is required, unless comparable experience is demonstrated.
  • Clinical management experience is strongly preferred.
  • Background in supply chain work is an advantage.
  • Prior exposure to RTSM systems is a plus.
  • Must demonstrate leadership qualities such as client orientation, problem-solving, initiative, responsiveness, organization, and a strong commitment to high-quality output.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication is expected.
  • Role may involve up to 25% business travel for client visits, UAT support, training sessions, sales opportunity support, and industry conferences.

Additional Information

This role is based in the United States and is a full-time onsite position.
