Job description
Role Overview
HDFC SKY is hiring an experienced Project Manager to oversee the rollout and integration of dialer and contact centre initiatives. The role focuses on delivering projects on time, improving solution performance, coordinating vendors, and ensuring strong governance for dialer-related systems.
The successful candidate will bring solid project management capabilities, the ability to work effectively with multiple stakeholders, and practical knowledge of contact centre platforms, API-based integrations, AI-enabled automation, and multi-channel connectivity enhancement.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the full project journey, from understanding requirements through implementation, launch, and after-go-live support.
- Build detailed project plans, timelines, staffing plans, risk logs, and progress updates.
- Work closely with business, compliance, operations, technology, and vendor stakeholders to keep deliveries aligned and on track.
- Track milestones, budgets, outputs, and quality expectations while applying strong analytical judgment.
- Support adoption of the solution across sales, operations, compliance, and customer service teams.
Required Qualifications
- A graduate degree in any discipline is acceptable.
Experience
Candidates should have up to 5 years of project management experience.
