Key responsibilities

• Own and coordinate the full project lifecycle, from initiation and planning through execution, tracking, and final delivery.
• Create and maintain detailed plans covering schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Run Agile and Scrum ceremonies and help teams stay aligned with delivery best practices and cadence.
• Bring cross-functional teams together around scope, priorities, and deliverables.
• Keep stakeholders informed with clear updates on progress, dependencies, and risks.
• Monitor project risks and issues, then drive timely actions to reduce or resolve them.
• Support planning of people and workload across multiple concurrent initiatives.
• Use tools such as Jira or Trello to monitor progress and keep work visible.
• Maintain strong documentation and reporting throughout the project execution phase.
• Help improve project delivery methods, workflows, and team practices over time.

Requirements

• At least 4 years of experience in project management or project coordination.
• Practical, hands-on experience with Agile delivery and Scrum practices.
• Demonstrated ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
• Experience building and maintaining project plans, schedules, and budgets.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence alignment across teams.
• Comfort using project tracking tools such as Jira, Trello, or similar platforms.
• Good understanding of risk management and issue resolution approaches.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, or equivalent practical experience.
• PMP or a similar credential is considered an advantage.
• Background in IT, technical delivery, CRM implementations, or regulated industries is preferred.
• Ability to work independently in a remote, contract-based, fast-paced environment.
