Project Manager

Role Overview

This position focuses on managing software development and IT initiatives from start to finish. The role is based in Louisville, KY and is intended for full-time onsite work.

What You’ll Do

• Take ownership of software and IT projects through the full delivery cycle, with emphasis on timely, cost-conscious, and quality execution.
• Drive planning, implementation, progress tracking, and release activities across each project stage.
• Create and keep current detailed project plans, timelines, budgets, and supporting documentation.
• Act as the connector between business stakeholders, developers, QA teams, and external vendors to keep work aligned.
• Run Agile and Scrum ceremonies as well as project meetings to support strong cross-team coordination.
• Monitor milestones, dependencies, risks, and open issues, and manage them proactively.
• Share regular status updates and performance insights with leadership.
• Follow established project management practices, including Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, and change control procedures.
• Work with tools such as Jira, Microsoft Project, and Azure DevOps to manage delivery.
• Oversee project budgets and make sure outputs meet the required scope and standards.
• Apply prior exposure to cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, and GCP, and experience in sectors like healthcare, finance, or enterprise software when relevant.
• Use recognized project management credentials and a degree in IT, Computer Science, Business, or a related area as part of the role profile.
