Role Overview

This position is for a Project Coordinator who can also create polished presentations and visual materials. The role combines project tracking, stakeholder coordination, meeting management, and the development of high-quality PowerPoint and Photoshop content to support delivery and communication.

Key Duties

  • Keep project schedules, milestones, and deliverables on track while updating stakeholders on progress and any emerging risks.
  • Build and present professional presentations for both internal and external audiences, turning complex information into clear and visually compelling content.
  • Arrange project meetings, prepare detailed minutes, and follow through on action items until completion.
  • Work with teams across departments to collect project details and support smooth collaboration.
  • Prepare and maintain project records such as timelines, budgets, and status updates using project management tools and related software.
  • Develop charts, visuals, and presentation assets that communicate results and business insights effectively.
  • Handle event and conference logistics, including venue planning and technical arrangements for presentations.
  • Track spending against project budgets and share financial updates with relevant stakeholders.
  • Spot blockers early and suggest practical ways to keep the project moving forward.
  • Keep all project files organised, current, and easy to access.

Required Background

Candidates should bring at least 4 years of experience in project coordination or a closely related position. Strong presentation-building experience in PowerPoint is essential, and Adobe Photoshop experience is considered an advantage. The role also calls for solid Microsoft Office skills, especially in PowerPoint, Excel, and Word, along with excellent English communication abilities, strong organisation, time management, multitasking, attention to detail, and the ability to work well with cross-functional teams. Experience coordinating meetings, events, or project activities is also expected.

Preferred Profile

Additional value will come from familiarity with presentation tools, prior exposure to multicultural or international workplaces, a good understanding of data visualisation methods, and experience handling stakeholder communication.
