Role overview
Sricity International University’s School of Technology & AI is looking for a Programme Coordinator to support its skilling initiatives for working professionals. This full-time, on-site role is part of the academic and operational engine behind short-term courses, bootcamps, and certification programmes focused on AI and emerging technologies. The position combines programme execution, academic coordination, employer outreach, and compliance support.
Key responsibilities
- Manage the complete delivery cycle for upskilling programmes, including scheduling, coordinating with faculty, and supporting learners throughout the programme.
- Work with faculty members and industry advisors to shape and refine curriculum content.
- Develop relationships with corporates to secure sponsorships and create strong intake channels.
- Collect cohort information, monitor programme metrics, and prepare KPI reports for the Deputy Dean.
- Handle LMS administration, budgeting, vendor coordination, and on-campus logistics.
- Support regulatory adherence under UGC/AICTE norms and assist with placement activities and employer-facing events.
- Use AI-based tools and coding platforms to improve and streamline programme operations.
Candidate profile
- Applicants should hold a B.E., B.Tech, M.Tech, B.Sc., or MCA in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in programme coordination, academic administration, or training is required.
- Working knowledge of LMS platforms such as Moodle or Canvas is expected.
- Strong command of written and spoken English is necessary.
- Practical exposure to AI tools and coding platforms is preferred.
- Comfort with data tracking and reporting using Excel, Google Sheets, or dashboards is important.
Work details
The role is based in Sricity, Andhra Pradesh, near Tada and approximately 60 km from Chennai. Working hours are 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, six days per week. The position reports to the Deputy Dean, School of Technology & AI, and works closely with faculty, the Industry Relations Cell, and the Admissions Office. The annual CTC for this position is ₹6,00,000.
