The Specialist will be vital in enhancing the operations, systems, and processes of the Programs Department to ensure consistent, quality service delivery to families.

Key Responsibilities

  • Enhance and document operational workflows, systems, and procedures to boost program consistency and team efficiency.
  • Develop and sustain onboarding, training, and resource frameworks to foster staff success and departmental expansion.
  • Manage Salesforce data integrity, reporting tools, dashboards, and data protocols to increase program transparency and informed decision-making.
  • Provide assistance with grant compliance, HUD requirements, program reporting, and monitoring essential milestones.
  • Lead and oversee operational initiatives, including managing timelines, communications, process optimizations, and coordination across teams.
  • Create standard operating procedures and quality assurance materials to encourage accountability and collaboration among coaching, family access, and community partnership teams.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, nonprofit management, public administration, social work, education, or related disciplines; or comparable education and experience.
  • Between 3 to 5 years' experience in program operations, administration, quality improvement, project management, or nonprofit operations.
  • Proven track record in refining processes, designing workflows, or implementing organizational systems.
  • Familiarity with CRM or case management tools; Salesforce expertise preferred.
  • Excellent organizational, analytical, communication, and multitasking abilities.

Benefits and Work Environment

  • Ownership of key projects that build the operational foundation of a critical program department.
  • Collaboration with leadership and frontline teams to enhance family services.
  • Gain experience in nonprofit operations, Salesforce, grants compliance, reporting, and quality improvement.
  • A supportive hybrid work environment with flexibility for one remote day per week.
