Key responsibilities

  • Assist in organizing, coordinating, and carrying out program activities and related initiatives.
  • Monitor milestones, deadlines, deliverables, and key performance indicators.
  • Draft program reports, dashboards, slide decks, and routine status updates.
  • Arrange meetings, capture action points, and follow up on next steps.
  • Work with teams across functions to help deliver program goals.
  • Support scheduling, resource planning, and risk tracking tasks.
  • Keep program files, records, and governance documents accurate and up to date.
  • Review program progress and look for ways to improve processes.
  • Help prepare stakeholder communications and required reporting.
  • Contribute to special assignments and strategic projects when needed.

Requirements

  • A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Project Management, Operations, Communications, or a similar field.
  • 0 to 2 years of relevant experience; internships, academic work, or comparable exposure are acceptable.
  • Strong skills in organizing work and managing time effectively.
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Clear written and verbal communication with strong interpersonal skills.
  • Solid analytical thinking and problem-solving ability.
  • Comfortable handling several priorities at once in a busy environment.
  • Careful attention to detail and a proactive work style.

Preferred experience

Background in project coordination, program administration, or operations support is helpful. Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Asana, Monday.com, Trello, Smartsheet, or Microsoft Project is an advantage. Exposure to Agile, Scrum, or similar project management methods is also preferred. Experience preparing stakeholder-facing reports and presentations will be useful, and CAPM or another project management certification is a plus.
