Role Summary
This position is part of the production team and involves carrying out a range of assembly and manufacturing tasks to complete finished products according to the required procedures and quality standards. The role is based in Ballinasloe, County Galway, and follows a compressed 4-day working week from Monday to Thursday.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver production targets for both output and quality so customer expectations are consistently met.
- Work strictly to written instructions and ensure all associated paperwork is completed and properly approved.
- Prepare accurate, clear, and complete records in line with defined procedures as well as GMP and GDP standards.
- Learn multiple process steps and move between tasks or stations as needed.
- Work effectively within the production team and maintain a strong level of focus across all activities.
- Suggest practical improvements and take part in continuous improvement initiatives.
- Inspect items moving through the production line, confirm correct assembly, and identify or remove defective units.
- Set up equipment and run test equipment directly on the line.
Experience and Qualifications
A completed Leaving Certificate, or an equivalent international secondary-level qualification, is required. Prior experience in a production setting or another regulated environment would be beneficial.
