About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Production Engineer with a background in Mechanical or Production Engineering (Diploma or B.E.) and 1 to 5 years of experience. The position is based in Pune, Maharashtra, India, offering a monthly salary ranging from INR 20,000 to 50,000.
Key Responsibilities
- Organize and oversee daily manufacturing operations to meet set production goals.
- Ensure production quality standards are consistently achieved.
- Identify and implement measures to enhance efficiency and minimize machine downtime.
- Collaborate effectively with Quality, Maintenance, and Stores teams for smooth operations.
- Prepare and maintain accurate production reports and related documentation.
- Adhere to safety protocols and enforce 5S workplace organization standards.
Desired Skills
- Proficient in production planning and process management.
- Adept at resolving operational problems promptly.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
