Equipment Operations
- Operate production equipment as required for daily output.
- Detect equipment malfunctions, breakdowns, or quality-related issues in the products being processed.
- Support onboarding efforts by helping train or guide newly joined operators when needed.
Standards Compliance
- Carry out assigned work in line with operating instructions, quality expectations, and production targets.
- Maintain accurate records when automation is not available so that traceability is preserved.
Production Material Preparation
- Confirm that raw materials delivered by the warehouse operator match the production request.
- Handle tasks related to loading raw materials and semi-finished goods for production use.
- Verify key output parameters at the end of the final production stage, including total length, number of acceptable products, and number of defective products.
- Prepare finished goods so they are ready for collection by the TPA operator.
