This role sits within a fast-expanding restaurant business with more than 250 locations across the country. The organization is mission-led and centered on serving fresh, high-quality food by working closely with suppliers and using a data-focused supply chain approach.
Role Summary
The Product Supply Analyst helps keep products available without interruption across a multi-location restaurant network. The position is responsible for forecasting supply, tracking demand patterns, and turning analysis into practical supply plans that support inventory control, lower waste, and enable growth.
Supply Planning and Forecasting
- Take ownership of supply forecasting from end to end by converting demand plans into executable supply plans.
- Develop and improve forecasting models to support an expanding multi-unit footprint.
- Track demand movements, forecast accuracy, and inventory position.
Sales and Operations Planning
- Set up and lead Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) routines.
- Align planning decisions across Finance, Marketing, Culinary, and Operations teams.
- Use data and insights to influence stakeholders at all levels.
Product Lifecycle Management
- Oversee the product journey from launch through end-of-life.
- Coordinate product changes and manage inventory during transitions.
Analytics and Reporting
- Create dashboards and reports to monitor supply chain performance and key metrics.
- Perform one-off analysis using information from ERP tools, procurement systems, and analytics platforms.
- Convert complex findings into clear recommendations that teams can act on.
Supply Chain Optimization
- Spot and address shortages, surplus inventory, and operational inefficiencies.
- Improve workflows to reduce cost and raise efficiency.
- Work closely with suppliers and distributors to keep inventory moving at the right level.
Qualifications
- At least 5 years of experience in supply planning, demand planning, inventory management, or supply chain analytics.
- Background in a fast-growing, multi-unit, or foodservice environment is preferred.
- Strong working knowledge of Excel, SQL, Tableau, or Power BI.
- Experience using ERP or supply chain systems such as inventory or procurement platforms.
- Advanced analytical and forecasting skills.
- Data-led approach to problem solving and decision making.
- Ability to influence cross-functional partners without direct reporting authority.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
- Comfortable managing several priorities in a fast-paced setting.
- Exposure to forecasting and inventory optimization tools is preferred.
- Familiarity with cloud-based data platforms is preferred.
- Supply chain certifications such as CSCP or CPIM are preferred.
- Knowledge of perishable or food supply chains is preferred.

Work Location
This is an onsite role based in the Greater Los Angeles Area, with a requirement to be in the office 4 or more days per week.
