Role overview
An established SaaS client in Shannon, County Clare is looking for a Product Specialist to support users and help improve the customer experience across the platform.
What you will do
- Act as the first point of technical support for club administrators via helpdesk, phone, email, and messaging channels.
- Draw on a strong understanding of the platform to troubleshoot and solve complex product issues, working with the development team where needed to investigate and fix problems.
- Support the rollout, testing, and ongoing administration of software updates.
- Relay customer feedback and requirements clearly to the product team to help influence future product direction.
- Help drive customer success through onboarding, training, system setup, product adoption, retention, and growth activities.
- Back up the sales function by assisting with webinars and demonstrations for prospective customers.
What we are looking for
- Previous experience as a coach, player, or parent within a club environment.
- Hands-on experience using SaaS software in a dashboard administrator role.
