About the Role

The Product team is responsible for creating the experiences behind Revolut’s products. It works closely with Design, Engineering, and Data to convert complex challenges into scalable, user-friendly solutions.

This role is for a Technical Product Owner focused on the architecture and feature roadmap for crypto infrastructure and trading capabilities. The position centers on building secure, scalable, and forward-looking crypto experiences for customers.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Owning the end-to-end product journey for crypto features and new products at a global scale.
• Translating product goals into clear requirements for secure and scalable systems.
• Coordinating integrations with external partners such as liquidity providers, custodians, and market data vendors.
• Partnering with Engineering, Risk and Compliance, and Treasury to deliver robust features that account for live financial and regulatory constraints.
• Applying data analysis and user research to uncover customer pain points, troubleshoot anomalies, and improve pricing, latency, and trading experience.
• Helping prepare the product for additional asset classes, new geographies, and evolving regulatory environments.

What You’ll Need

• At least 3 years of experience in product ownership or technical product management within fintech, crypto, or financial infrastructure.
• Strong understanding of backend systems and financial architecture.
• Proven experience shipping high-performance products in regulated settings.
• Working knowledge of crypto trading or traditional market trading concepts.
• Strong collaboration abilities with the skill to align multiple internal stakeholders.
• Analytical mindset with comfort working through structured data and system design conversations.

Nice to Have

• Background in digital asset products within fintech and/or crypto.
• Exposure to regulatory requirements relevant to cryptoassets.
• Practical experience with prototyping platforms or user testing methods.
• Interest in behavioural design or gamified product experiences.
