You will partner with business, technology, operations, risk, compliance, and vendor teams to convert business needs into user stories and functional requirements. You will manage the backlog, support Agile ceremonies, and help ensure smooth sprint delivery.
You will also help maintain regulatory, audit, and security alignment by working with risk and compliance teams on controls, governance, and adherence to banking standards.
Requirements
The ideal candidate has at least 5 years of experience in product management or product ownership and strong experience in banking and financial services. Practical experience with cards and payments products is essential, along with familiarity with Agile/Scrum delivery methods and end-to-end product lifecycle management.
You should be comfortable leading cross-functional teams and coordinating with diverse stakeholders. A bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related discipline is required.

- Experience with processors such as Fiserv, TSYS, FIS, First Data, or Global Payments
