Role overview
In this position, you will take charge of the operational management of the product portfolio and set up the systems, processes, and automations needed to support it from the ground up. The role is centered on making product execution, forecasting, inventory control, supplier coordination, and internal alignment run through clear workflows, clean data structures, and AI-supported processes.
You will join a fast-moving environment where many foundational elements still need to be built. Your initial focus will be on strong operational execution and on creating scalable structures. The goal is to establish a dependable operating system for Product Operations that improves speed, lowers errors, and gives leadership reliable input for decision-making.
Product operations
- Manage the operational rollout of new products after product approval.
- Handle forecasting and demand planning for core products and launches.
- Prepare replenishment orders in coordination with the Co-Founder & Brand.
- Ensure product availability across the portfolio.
- Oversee inventory levels, stock coverage, and capital tied up in stock.
- Support launch readiness from an operational perspective.
Supplier management
- Coordinate day-to-day operations with existing manufacturers and suppliers.
- Make sure supply availability, quality standards, and timelines are met.
- Manage lead times, minimum order quantities, and production planning.
- Take ownership of escalation handling when delays or quality issues occur.
Systems, data and automation
- Build and continuously improve the central Product Operations system.
- Maintain and develop ERP, dashboard, and KPI systems.
- Spot opportunities for automation and turn them into working solutions.
- Design and automate workflows with a strong emphasis on AI-driven processes.
- Reduce manual work through systems and AI agents.
Reporting and transparency
- Create visibility into stock, forecasts, availability, and operational risks.
- Prepare monthly Product Operations reporting.
- Develop a reliable data foundation for operational decisions.
Qualifications
You should bring several years of experience in operations, product operations, or a similar role. You need to be highly organized, able to prioritize well, and comfortable working in loosely structured environments. A strong understanding of processes, a hands-on working style, and a high level of ownership are essential. Comfort with AI tools and automation is also important, as they should be part of your everyday work.
Good to have
Additional experience with inventory management or ERP systems, Amazon or e-commerce businesses, Notion, and forecasting or data analysis will be considered an advantage.
