Backed by over $26.5M from leading investors including Gradient, Left Lane Capital, Intact, and XYZ Venture Capital, Venn is working to reshape the future of banking for businesses across Canada.
Role Overview

This person will combine business understanding, product thinking, and technical depth to improve the platform and guide its next stage of growth. The role is based in Toronto, Ontario, Canada and is an on-site position.
What You’ll Do
- Lead the development of strong products and intuitive user experiences by combining business insight, product creativity, and technical judgment.
- Contribute to the product roadmap and help steer future product direction through input on both product and design choices.
- Improve how thousands of businesses use Venn to manage their finances by growing the platform’s core capabilities.
- Use data, experimentation, and customer feedback to refine products and make continuous improvements.
- Partner with engineering, design, and go-to-market teams to deliver work at a high standard.
- Help define the product vision, strategy, and operating processes needed to support growth as the company scales.
- Serve as a foundational product leader and help set the bar for excellence as Venn’s first Product Manager hire.
What We’re Looking For
- At least 4 years of product management experience, including delivering technical products from idea stage through launch.
- A strong analytical approach and the ability to use data and experimentation to guide decisions.
- Experience making difficult prioritization calls and handling trade-offs in fast-paced environments.
- Ability to work effectively with varied stakeholders and large cross-functional groups.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- An entrepreneurial mindset and comfort with defining the PM function as the company grows.
Bonus Points
- Prior experience in an early-stage or rapidly growing startup.
- Background in fintech.
