Job description

About the role

Google is seeking a Product Manager to help shape the Workspace ecosystem. This position focuses on turning Workspace into a central productivity platform that supports connected workflows for users and businesses at scale. You will work across functions to connect technical and business priorities, simplify complex problems, and guide products from early concept through launch.

The team works on improving how people collaborate through products such as Gmail, Docs, Sheets, Drive, and Meet. The goal is to create a seamless experience across workflows like document handling, requisitions, expense approvals, customer support, and other business processes. The role also includes defining the strategy for custom agents across Workspace, building the products and tools needed to support that vision, and advancing AI-driven experiences using technologies such as Gemini and Vertex AI.

Google Cloud helps organizations across the world transform digitally through enterprise-grade technology. In this role, you will help expand that impact by developing products, APIs, and partnerships that support a scalable ecosystem for billions of users.

Compensation

The stated US base salary range for this role is USD 192,000 to USD 279,000, with a 20% bonus target, equity, and benefits. Pay is determined by factors such as job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

Benefits

  • Health, dental, vision, life, and disability coverage
  • 401(k) retirement plan with company match
  • 20 vacation days per year, accruing at 6.15 hours per pay period during the first five years
  • 40 hours of sick time per year, increased to 69 hours per year for Seattle, plus 5 discretionary sick days per instance
  • Maternity leave combining short-term disability and baby bonding for 28 to 30 weeks
  • 18 weeks of baby bonding leave
  • 13 paid holidays per year

Minimum qualifications

Applicants must hold a bachelor’s degree or have equivalent practical experience, along with at least 8 years of experience in product management or a related technical role.
