Role overview
TAC Security is shifting from a set of separate cybersecurity tools to a single platform-led product experience. The company is hiring a Product Manager to lead this transition and create a smooth premium journey across Socify, ESOF CASA integrations, Cyberscope, and AppSec.
This position owns the product direction, user experience, and execution needed to support unified access, subscriptions, and growth across products.
Platform strategy and vision
- Create and steer the roadmap for platform unification.
- Move individual products into one connected platform.
- Own the experience for single sign-in and one subscription across the suite.
Customer experience and UX
- Shape intuitive flows for one-click subscription and activation.
- Improve discovery and upgrade paths between products.
- Remove friction from onboarding, access, and billing journeys.
- Maintain consistent UX standards across all security offerings.
Cross-product integration
- Enable ESOF CASA users to find and activate Socify Premium.
- Combine Cyberscope Premium with Socify and AppSec offerings.
- Define access rights, entitlement logic, and premium tiers.
Product-led growth
- Design in-platform upsell and cross-sell mechanisms.
- Help define pricing, packaging, and premium plan structures.
- Increase revenue per customer through broader platform adoption.
Stakeholder collaboration
- Partner with UX and design teams to build simple user journeys.
- Work with engineering on platform architecture and integrations.
- Align with sales and go-to-market teams on pricing, packaging, and positioning.
- Act as the main owner for platform-level outcomes.
Metrics and outcomes
- Track premium activation rate.
- Monitor cross-product adoption.
- Measure conversion from free to premium users.
- Review customer satisfaction with the experience.
Required background
Strong SaaS or B2B product management experience is needed, along with a solid grasp of subscription models, platform products, and entitlement or billing systems. The role also calls for good UX judgment, cross-functional collaboration, strong communication, and the ability to turn business problems into product solutions.
Preferred experience
Experience in cybersecurity, DevSecOps, or enterprise SaaS is a plus. Familiarity with merger or acquisition-related product integration work is also valuable, as is exposure to product-led growth strategies.
Success criteria for the first 6 to 12 months
- A unified platform experience is live.
- One-click premium subscription is available.
- Users can see cross-product access across Socify, ESOF CASA, Cyberscope, and AppSec.
- Premium adoption and revenue per customer show measurable growth.
- TAC Security has a clearer and stronger platform position in the market.
