Job description
About Hypha
Hypha is an AI-first platform reshaping how asset management works across the entire lifecycle, from acquisition through management and exit. The company focuses on healthcare facilities and multifamily real estate, and its product vision is built around three pillars:
- Observability: Delivering live visibility into asset performance, deal progress, and market shifts for every stakeholder involved.
- Intelligence: Using AI to optimize across multiple dimensions with risk scoring, tax planning, and benchmarking insights.
- Orchestration: Streamlining workflows and creating a unified source of truth to reduce operational friction.
Role Overview
Hypha is looking for a strong Product Manager to shape and scale the next generation of AI-driven asset management products. You will guide product direction across the core platform: Synthesis (Document Management), Cortex (Intelligence Engine), and Flow (Collaboration & Orchestration). The role sits at the intersection of data, infrastructure, and user experience.
This is a highly cross-functional position for a technical product leader who can turn sophisticated data systems, integrations, and AI capabilities into simple, usable products. You will collaborate with engineering, design, and customers to create experiences that convert scattered data and workflows into actionable insight.
Key Responsibilities
- Set product strategy and drive execution for major platform initiatives, from early discovery through launch.
- Create and manage prioritized roadmaps that reflect customer needs, technical limits, and business value.
- Work closely with engineering to design and release data-intensive features, including integrations with third-party APIs and platforms.
- Lead product direction for data ingestion, system integrations, and observability tools such as CRMs, workflow software, and analytics platforms.
- Turn complex asset, risk, and operational data into straightforward user experiences, especially dashboards and forecasting views.
- Partner with design to deliver polished, consumer-style UX, including mobile-first flows where relevant.
- Engage directly with customers and internal teams to test assumptions, validate problems, and improve solutions quickly.
- Establish success metrics and use both qualitative feedback and quantitative data to inform decisions.
- Help define how AI is woven into workflows to proactively highlight risks, insights, and recommendations.
Qualifications
- At least 5 years of experience as a Product Manager, preferably on technical or data-oriented products.
- Hands-on exposure to data integrations and APIs, such as HubSpot, Zapier, or similar third-party services.
- Familiarity with data platforms, analytics solutions, or observability tools like PostHog, Looker, Omni, or infrastructure/dataset providers.
- Strong technical judgment and the ability to discuss architecture, system design, and tradeoffs even without coding.
- Experience helping build consumer-grade products, including mobile experiences or highly user-focused applications.
- A track record of taking unclear problems and converting them into concrete product direction.
- Comfort working in an early-stage environment where priorities and requirements may shift quickly.
- Excellent communication abilities and a strong sense of ownership over product outcomes.
- Deep finance expertise is not necessary; domain knowledge can be learned on the job.
What Sets You Apart
- You are energized by products that combine data, infrastructure, and user experience.
- You have a clear point of view on how complicated data should be presented in simple, intuitive ways.
- You have worked on dashboards, forecasting tools, or products that support risk assessment and decision-making.
- You believe AI should support and enhance human workflows rather than replace them.
- You are comfortable working side by side with engineers on technically complex systems.
- You value polish, clarity, and usability as much as functionality.
- You are motivated by building foundational products that can grow with customers over time.
Why Join Hypha
- Help build the future of AI-powered asset management from the ground up.
- Work on deep, data-rich problems with meaningful real-world impact.
- Collaborate directly with sophisticated customers and industry leaders.
- Have a meaningful influence on product direction and company strategy.
- Competitive compensation includes a base salary of $200,000 to $225,000 plus equity.
- If you are excited about building intelligent, data-driven products with consumer-grade UX and helping redefine how complex assets are managed, Hypha would like to hear from you.
