About MealSuite
MealSuite creates integrated foodservice software for healthcare and senior living providers. The company’s goal is to make it easier for care teams to deliver better dining experiences with less manual work. The team is growing quickly and works on practical problems that affect patient and resident care every day.
About the Role
MealSuite is hiring a Product Manager focused on the Culinary pillar, specifically the Recipes & Menus area. This part of the platform underpins menus, recipes, and the core information used across forecasting, procurement, and POS workflows. In this position, you will help chefs, dietitians, and operators manage meal planning at scale while improving usability, simplifying a complex product, and strengthening data quality as the business expands into new markets.
Responsibilities
- Set the product direction, roadmap, and delivery plan for the Recipes & Menus area, leading features from discovery through launch and ongoing refinement.
- Work with customers to understand operational needs and turn complicated workflows into simple, scalable product experiences.
- Create detailed product specifications, including user stories, acceptance criteria, and success measures, while handling complex relational data structures.
- Collaborate closely with engineering, design, customer experience, and business teams to deliver strong solutions aligned with company goals.
- Establish and monitor product metrics to support prioritization and roadmap choices, while contributing to platform simplification, data consistency, and expansion into new markets.
Requirements
- At least 3-5+ years of product management experience in a B2B SaaS setting.
- Demonstrated ability to lead features independently from discovery to execution.
- Hands-on experience with complex data models and relational systems.
- Background in customer discovery and user research, especially with operational end users.
- Ability to write clear product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Experience defining and using product metrics and KPIs.
- Strong communication skills and comfort working with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience collaborating across functions in fast-moving environments and working through ambiguity.
Perks & Benefits
- Unlimited paid time off, with trust placed in employees to manage their own balance.
- Retirement savings support through RRSP/401(k) matching at 100% up to 3%.
- Coverage for medical, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance, plus paid parental leave from day one.
- Flexible hybrid setup that combines in-person collaboration with remote work.
- Supportive leadership culture, with over 90% of employees reporting that they feel supported.
- Employee Share Ownership Plan (ESOP) so employees can participate in the company’s growth.
- Opportunities for career development and long-term professional growth.
- Mission-driven work that aligns with the values of more than 90% of employees.
Compensation
The expected compensation range is $80,000 to $120,000 USD or $85,000 to $125,000 CAD.
