Role Summary
This is a full-time, on-site Product Manager position based in the Frankfurt area in Germany. The role owns the complete product lifecycle for bibigo products in Europe, covering everything from market research and concept creation to product launch, performance review, and ongoing optimization. The position works across functions to shape product direction, coordinate packaging and localization, manage pricing and positioning, and help ensure launches happen on time, with accurate demand planning and full regulatory alignment.
Key Responsibilities
In this role, you will develop category strategies, translate market needs into product plans, and use consumer and competitor insights to guide product decisions. You will lead new product launch projects from laboratory development through market release, coordinating with global headquarters and teams in APAC and Europe, as well as R&D, sales, quality management, supply chain, procurement, and production.
You will also manage the launch process by defining the product concept, supporting pricing decisions, arranging consumer testing, reviewing artwork and design, checking product specifications, and estimating required volumes as the category lead. In addition, you will assess category portfolios, track profitability, monitor KPIs, identify growth opportunities, and support brand-building initiatives that fit bibigo’s global strategy.
Profile
The ideal candidate has a strong interest in food, particularly Asian cuisine, or prior exposure to the FMCG sector. A bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is required. You should bring at least 3 years of experience in marketing, sales, or business development, preferably within FMCG, along with a solid understanding of retail business dynamics. Success in this role also requires the ability to perform well in a fast-changing internal and external environment. Fluency in Korean and English is required, and knowledge of an additional European language is preferred.
