Role overview
This internship is for a product management role based in Singapore. The position focuses on helping teams build and improve product experiences through structured problem-solving, cross-functional coordination, and data-backed decision-making.
What you will do
- Work closely with Product, Engineering, Design, Data, and Operations teams to help ship meaningful product improvements.
- Collect and interpret user, business, and operational inputs to shape new features and enhance existing ones.
- Assist across the full product journey, from early ideas and planning through launch, measurement, and ongoing iteration.
- Leverage data and user feedback to assess product outcomes, surface opportunities, and support informed choices.
- Set, monitor, and analyze key product metrics, then turn findings into clear recommendations.
- Draft product documentation such as PRDs, requirements, user stories, and workflow outlines to support build and rollout work.
- Align with stakeholders to keep product initiatives and feature releases moving on schedule.
- Contribute to operational improvements by helping with monitoring, reporting, quality checks, and process refinement.
- Research the market, competitors, and users to spot trends and identify areas for innovation.
- Support product adoption through training materials, documentation, and stakeholder engagement activities.
What we are looking for
- A bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Analytics, Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Science, Economics, Mathematics, Engineering, or a closely related discipline.
- Strong capability in analytical thinking, structured problem-solving, and sound judgment.
- A data-led approach with the ability to extract insights and turn them into practical recommendations.
- Comfort with SQL and data analysis tools; exposure to Python, BI tools, or dashboarding software is an advantage.
- Strong communication abilities and confidence in managing stakeholders.
- Ability to collaborate across functions and handle multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment.
- Good organization, careful attention to detail, and a disciplined working style.
- A proactive attitude, adaptability, and a willingness to learn new tools, technologies, and business areas.
Good to have
- Prior exposure to product management, product operations, business analytics, data products, or project coordination.
- Experience with product KPIs, A/B testing, user research, or reporting workflows.
- Understanding of software delivery processes and agile ways of working.
- Interest or experience in e-commerce, digital products, AI-enabled products, or data platforms.
