Job description

Role overview

This internship is for a product management role based in Singapore. The position focuses on helping teams build and improve product experiences through structured problem-solving, cross-functional coordination, and data-backed decision-making.

What you will do

  • Work closely with Product, Engineering, Design, Data, and Operations teams to help ship meaningful product improvements.
  • Collect and interpret user, business, and operational inputs to shape new features and enhance existing ones.
  • Assist across the full product journey, from early ideas and planning through launch, measurement, and ongoing iteration.
  • Leverage data and user feedback to assess product outcomes, surface opportunities, and support informed choices.
  • Set, monitor, and analyze key product metrics, then turn findings into clear recommendations.
  • Draft product documentation such as PRDs, requirements, user stories, and workflow outlines to support build and rollout work.
  • Align with stakeholders to keep product initiatives and feature releases moving on schedule.
  • Contribute to operational improvements by helping with monitoring, reporting, quality checks, and process refinement.
  • Research the market, competitors, and users to spot trends and identify areas for innovation.
  • Support product adoption through training materials, documentation, and stakeholder engagement activities.

What we are looking for

  • A bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Analytics, Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Science, Economics, Mathematics, Engineering, or a closely related discipline.
  • Strong capability in analytical thinking, structured problem-solving, and sound judgment.
  • A data-led approach with the ability to extract insights and turn them into practical recommendations.
  • Comfort with SQL and data analysis tools; exposure to Python, BI tools, or dashboarding software is an advantage.
  • Strong communication abilities and confidence in managing stakeholders.
  • Ability to collaborate across functions and handle multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment.
  • Good organization, careful attention to detail, and a disciplined working style.
  • A proactive attitude, adaptability, and a willingness to learn new tools, technologies, and business areas.

Good to have

  • Prior exposure to product management, product operations, business analytics, data products, or project coordination.
  • Experience with product KPIs, A/B testing, user research, or reporting workflows.
  • Understanding of software delivery processes and agile ways of working.
  • Interest or experience in e-commerce, digital products, AI-enabled products, or data platforms.
