Job description

About the team

The Infrastructure group delivers managed services and solutions across the company’s internet infrastructure while also supporting core business applications. Its scope includes architecture, operations, and solutions across data centers, connectivity, cloud environments, networking, systems, storage, and security. The team is focused on keeping internal services dependable, stable, and high quality for business units across the organization.

The Platform Team creates internal systems and automation products that help infrastructure and engineering teams work faster and more efficiently every day. Its goal is to replace manual processes with scalable digital tools that are easy to use and improve productivity as well as visibility across the department.

Role overview

The company is seeking a Product Manager to own the product lifecycle for internal platforms that support day-to-day work for infrastructure and network teams. In this role, you will connect business users and developers, turning operational needs into clear product requirements and practical, user-friendly system designs.

Responsibilities

  • Work with internal stakeholders, including non-technical users, to gather, refine, and document product needs.
  • Review current workflows to spot opportunities for automation, simplification, and performance improvements.
  • Create product journeys, system structure, and user experience concepts for internal applications and dashboards.
  • Coordinate with developers to make sure features are built correctly and delivered on schedule.
  • Own the product roadmap and rank initiatives according to business value and impact.
  • Run user testing sessions and use feedback to improve usability and operational efficiency.
  • Prepare clear documentation for requirements, process flows, and release updates to support internal alignment.

Requirements

  • A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a closely related discipline.
  • At least 3 years of experience in product management, business analysis, or a similar role within a technical, infrastructure, or systems-focused environment.
  • Strong analytical ability to simplify complex workflows and identify where automation can add value.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, especially when converting non-technical input into actionable specifications.
  • Hands-on experience collaborating with software engineers or other technical teams.
  • Exposure to system design, API-driven workflows, or automation platforms is an added advantage.
  • Background in building internal tools or enterprise software is strongly preferred.

Applicants may be considered for only one role at a time across companies within the group. If multiple applications have been submitted, they will be reviewed in the order received.
