Role overview
The company is hiring a Product Manager to oversee product development, supplier coordination, market insight, and in-store execution. The role requires close collaboration with purchasing, marketing, and sales teams to support assortment growth and product performance.
Responsibilities
- Maintain and strengthen relationships with suppliers.
- Identify new suppliers and source new products to expand the product range.
- Conduct in-depth market research to support product decisions.
- Regularly monitor Globe stores to ensure products are positioned properly in display areas and beyond.
- Follow the purchasing process through to completion.
- Take an active role in marketing activities.
- Prepare reports on product performance and progress.
- Support ongoing training for sales staff on both new and existing items.
Requirements
- Completed higher education, preferably in Management or Marketing.
- Excellent command of English, both spoken and written.
- At least 3 years of experience in the same role within a similar company.
- Very good knowledge of Excel.
- Availability to travel within and outside Albania.
