Job description
Role overview
A Series B fintech startup is looking for a Product Manager to take ownership of a key part of its consumer platform. The company already has product-market fit and is now focused on improving what works while continuing to scale. This position is fully remote and offers a high degree of ownership, with direct responsibility for new features from early concept through launch and refinement.
This opportunity suits a PM who prefers to stay close to execution, make decisions quickly, and see the impact of their work with real users at scale.
What you will do
- Lead the full lifecycle of new product features, including discovery, scoping, definition, delivery, launch, and post-launch iteration.
- Engage with customers and internal teams to surface user pain points, test ideas, and shape a roadmap that creates meaningful product value.
- Collaborate with engineering and design to deliver features quickly while keeping consumer experience and quality standards high.
- Set clear success measures for each feature and use performance data to assess results, guide prioritisation, and support ongoing improvements.
- Support roadmap planning with product leadership by balancing immediate delivery needs with the longer-term direction of the platform.
- Work across marketing, customer success, and operations so new releases connect with users and contribute to business results.
What we are looking for
- 4 to 6 years of experience in product management, preferably in B2C fintech or consumer technology.
- A demonstrated history of owning and launching features that produced measurable benefits for both customers and the business.
- Strong understanding of consumer behaviour and the ability to turn user insights into practical, well-defined product choices.
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, scaling environment where priorities change and independent judgment is important.
- Strong comfort with data, including defining metrics and using analytics to support decisions.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to bring engineering, marketing, and leadership teams into alignment.
