About the role

The company is seeking a Product Manager to shape the planning and design of its AI Model Intelligent Routing Gateway. The role focuses on creating a unified enterprise platform that provides access to multiple AI models while strengthening routing performance, governance, cost efficiency, security, compliance, and monetization support.

This position is central to the AI platform roadmap and requires turning complex enterprise and model-level needs into reusable product capabilities that can scale over the long term.

Key responsibilities

• Take ownership of the full product lifecycle for the AI Model Intelligent Routing Gateway, including planning, design, version management, and ongoing improvement.
• Define and enhance core platform features such as multi-model connectivity, intelligent routing, traffic scheduling, rate controls, circuit breaking, failover, and fallback or degradation logic.
• Gather enterprise requirements around model administration, invocation reliability, cost optimization, security governance, and operational efficiency, then convert them into standardized platform functions.
• Lead the design of platform services including tenant setup, access permissions, API key administration, quota management, billing and invoicing, audit trails, and analytics.
• Work in close partnership with R&D, architecture, algorithm, QA, pre-sales, sales, and customer success teams to deliver solutions from concept through launch.
• Assist with major customer engagements, solution bundling, tender and bid responses, and review of market feedback to strengthen product competitiveness.

Requirements

• A bachelor’s degree or higher is required.
• At least 3 years of B2B product management experience is needed.
• Background in platform products such as AI platforms, API gateways, cloud services, service governance, or multi-tenant SaaS/PaaS environments.
• Good understanding of large-model application ecosystems, including multi-model integration, invocation flows, routing approaches, and key indicators such as cost, latency, performance, and quality.
• Strong product judgment in planning, requirement structuring, documentation, and execution, with the ability to move products independently from idea to delivery.
• Capability to translate custom enterprise needs into standardized, platform-based product features.
• Working knowledge of enterprise-grade product needs such as stability, security, permission control, auditing, billing, and data governance.
• Strong collaboration, customer communication, and data analysis skills.
