Job description
About Chainlink
Chainlink is a leading oracle network that connects capital markets with blockchain infrastructure and supports a large share of decentralized finance. Its platform delivers the data, interoperability, compliance, and privacy capabilities needed for institutional tokenized assets, lending, payments, stablecoins, and other advanced blockchain applications. As the creator of decentralized oracle networks, Chainlink has supported transaction volumes measured in the tens of trillions and continues to secure most of DeFi activity.
The company’s technology has been adopted by major financial services organizations and protocols, including Swift, Euroclear, Mastercard, Fidelity International, UBS, S&P Dow Jones Indices, FTSE Russell, WisdomTree, ANZ, Aave, Lido, and GMX. Chainlink also uses a fee model in which offchain and onchain enterprise revenue is converted into LINK and held in a strategic reserve.
About the Role
Chainlink is seeking a Product Manager to lead the direction and delivery of the Automated Compliance Engine (ACE). The position is responsible for shaping how onchain compliance, identity, and policy enforcement are built for both traditional financial institutions and DeFi ecosystems. You will be the primary owner of ACE and will be accountable for product-market fit in a fast-changing regulatory and technical environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Create and maintain the long-range product vision and roadmap for Automated Compliance Engine.
- Drive the launch and growth of ACE so it can be adopted broadly by asset issuers and DeFi protocols.
- Support compliant asset issuance, identity workflows, and policy controls for onchain financial products across multiple jurisdictions.
- Strengthen adoption of the broader Chainlink product stack by integrating related offerings such as CRE and CCIP into a unified compliance solution.
- Help position Chainlink as the go-to infrastructure layer for onchain compliance and identity at institutional scale.
Required Experience
- 3 to 6 years of experience as a product manager building onchain compliance products from the ground up.
- Experience owning or leading digital asset products serving both regulated financial institutions and DeFi protocols.
- Strong practical knowledge of digital asset regulatory requirements across multiple global jurisdictions.
- Comfort with full product ownership, including strategy, roadmap creation, and delivery execution.
- Ability to work closely with engineering teams on highly technical blockchain-based systems.
- Demonstrated experience presenting product vision and progress to senior customers and executive stakeholders.
Preferred Experience
- Experience shaping or leading a multi-product platform strategy in complex, evolving environments.
- Technical familiarity with blockchain infrastructure that supports collaboration on CCIP, data products, or compliance primitives.
- Experience acting as a product champion who can align internal teams and external partners around a complex shared vision.
- Exposure to scaling Web3 or fintech platforms with compliance-related capabilities such as AML, KYC, or auditability.

All roles at Chainlink Labs are global and remote. Unless stated otherwise, candidates should be willing to overlap some working hours with Eastern Standard Time (EST).
