As part of the Bathroom Brands team’s continued expansion, the company is hiring a Product Manager – Bathroom Brands to oversee its branded bathroom portfolio, support new product development, and contribute to business growth.
Role Overview
This position is for a proactive and detail-focused product professional who will manage the growth and development of branded bathroom products. The role involves working closely with suppliers and internal departments to bring new items to market, support commercial performance, and ensure product data is accurate across every channel.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the full product development journey, from early planning through to launch.
- Track market movements and identify opportunities for new bathroom products.
- Develop and maintain strong working relationships with suppliers.
- Equip the sales team with product knowledge through training, showroom support, and specification guidance.
- Keep product information correct across websites, merchandising materials, and other platforms.
- Work in coordination with Marketing, Purchasing, Technical, Quality, and Inventory teams.
- Manage launch activity, review samples, and coordinate stock transitions.
Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate is commercially minded, self-driven, and enthusiastic about product development within the bathroom sector. You should be comfortable taking ownership, collaborating across teams, and balancing multiple priorities while maintaining strong attention to detail.
Experience and Skills
- 3 to 6 years of experience in the bathroom industry or in a product management position.
- Good understanding of bathroom products and current market trends.
- Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder handling abilities.
- Well-developed organisational, analytical, and project management skills.
- Ability to work proactively and manage several tasks at once.
- Experience collaborating with suppliers and cross-functional teams.
- Willingness to travel internationally for supplier meetings and industry events.
