About the Role

We are seeking a Product Designer to significantly influence the user experience of a platform utilized by advanced software and AI teams. This pivotal position involves close collaboration with founders, engineers, and clients to craft intuitive experiences for intricate, developer-centric workflows. You will also be instrumental in establishing the design principles that will guide the product's future evolution.

What You’ll Own

• Product Design: Take full ownership of the platform's user experiences, from initial concept development through to final production.
• User Research: Engage directly with customers to understand their work processes, challenges, and desired improvements.
• Design Systems: Develop and enhance scalable design patterns and components to support product expansion.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Integrate seamlessly within the product development lifecycle, working alongside engineering and product teams, actively participating in specification creation rather than just receiving them.
• Interaction Design: Create detailed flows, wireframes, and polished interfaces for technically demanding workflows.
• Customer Advocacy: Champion the user's perspective in all product-related decisions.
• Design Strategy: Contribute to the long-term vision for the product experience as the platform scales.

What You’ll Bring

• A minimum of 4 years of experience in designing digital products, with a preference for B2B SaaS, developer tools, enterprise software, or technical products.
• A compelling portfolio that showcases strong product thinking and the ability to simplify complex workflows.
• Proven experience working collaboratively with engineers, going beyond simple asset handoffs.
• The capability to transform technically complex workflows into seemingly straightforward user experiences.
• Excellent communication skills, enabling clear articulation of design decisions and constructive pushback when necessary.
• Prior experience designing for developer audiences, technical users, or infrastructure products is highly advantageous.
