Job description
About the Company
Longbow Advantage specializes in warehouse strategy end to end, using live data to coordinate people, processes, and warehouse operations through the Rebus Platform, alongside WMS consulting services that are built to improve and scale warehouse technology.
The company follows a broad warehousing strategy approach, recognizing that technology is just one part of the solution. Its warehouse specialists collaborate with customers to understand operational challenges and business goals, then shape recommendations that support wider business objectives and supply chain priorities.

- Convert broad product requirements into polished, contemporary, and easy-to-use interfaces, including wireframes and mockups that clearly communicate design ideas.
- Keep the internal UI component library current, covering elements such as buttons, dropdowns, and icons, while encouraging user-centered design practices across the product organization.
- Support software developers with design direction during the build process.
- Refine and improve designs over time using user input and product results.

- At least 3 to 5+ years of experience in product design or equivalent senior UI/UX roles.

- Figma is the preferred design tool for this team.
- 3 to 5+ years of experience designing SaaS products, with an advantage for candidates who have worked on large, feature-rich, data-heavy platforms in Agile environments.
- Previous involvement in building or maintaining UI component libraries or design systems is an advantage.

- Clear, effective communication and collaboration
- Confidence in presenting and explaining design choices to stakeholders
