Role Summary

As a Product Designer, you will shape seamless, intelligent, and scalable experiences across high-impact products. The role is centered on designing user journeys that serve millions of people and improving financial tools so they are easier to use, quicker to navigate, and more equitable.

What You Will Do

• Own the design process for one or more product areas, carrying work from early concept through to final delivery.
• Partner with product managers, engineers, and researchers to clarify problems and create strong user experience solutions.
• Develop wireframes, prototypes, user journeys, and refined interface designs for both web and mobile experiences.
• Run usability tests, collect input, and refine designs rapidly based on learnings.
• Help build and improve the design system so the product remains consistent and can scale effectively.
• Keep user needs at the center of every design choice and champion the user perspective throughout the process.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in product design, supported by a portfolio that includes web and mobile work.
• Strong command of Figma and prototyping tools.
• Exposure to user research, usability testing, and agile product environments.
• Solid grasp of layout, visual hierarchy, spacing, and interaction design.
• Located in London or willing to work remotely.
• A CV must be submitted together with a portfolio; applications without a portfolio will not be reviewed.
