Job description
About the Company
Nas.com is creating a Shopify-like platform for the AI era, designed to help new entrepreneurs discover customers and sell online. The business is an AI-first platform serving more than 16,000 entrepreneurs, with rapid month-over-month growth and a 5x revenue increase in 2025. It is backed by prominent Silicon Valley venture investors and operates from Singapore, where it is now entering an important scaling stage.
Why You’ll Enjoy Working Here
You won’t be treated as just another team member here. The company emphasizes ownership, transparency, and direct access to leadership. The CEO shares weekly updates on strategy and operations, and ideas from the team are actively encouraged. You’ll collaborate with a highly capable, motivated, and execution-focused group of engineers, using advanced AI tools to solve meaningful problems for users across the world.
Role Overview
The company is hiring its third Product Designer to join a team of product builders. Because design is central to the company’s culture, this role will have a major influence on both the product and the user experience. The mission is to deliver the simplest and most polished experience possible for creators building an online business and turning customers into community. The ideal candidate is curious, self-directed, highly detail-oriented, and has strong taste. This position offers autonomy, ownership, and broad impact across the product and the organization.
What You’ll Do
- Own design projects from early discovery and ideation through delivery and final refinement.
- Turn complex product challenges into elegant, seamless experiences for mobile and web across Nas.io.
- Work closely with the founder, team leads, and product and engineering teams to help shape strategy and product direction.
- Participate in product discussions and design reviews with the founder and CEO.
- Coordinate with engineers during handoff and pre-launch stages to help ensure strong implementation quality.
- Communicate design ideas using tools such as Figma, Jitter, and Framer.
- Address user needs while keeping the product experience consistent and polished.
- Contribute to raising the standard of product design and help strengthen the company’s design culture.
What We’re Looking For
- At least 3 years of professional experience in product design, with SaaS or e-commerce experience as a plus.
- Strong command of Figma; experience with Framer and Jitter is an added advantage.
- Ability to adapt and perform well in a fast-growing environment.
- Strong motivation, resilience, and enthusiasm for solving problems.
- Excellent attention to detail and design judgment aligned with the brand while improving the overall quality bar.
- Strong communication and presentation ability, including the skill to explain design thinking through engaging storytelling.
- Basic copywriting capability.
- Familiarity with Nas.io’s product and design language.
- A portfolio that demonstrates strong product design work.
Company Values
- Think in Days: The team focuses on short cycles and fast execution rather than thinking in years.
- Always Share Secrets: The company believes in open communication and sharing what it does and why it does it.
- Never Miss a Monday: Commitments, deadlines, and meetings are taken seriously and are central to how the team operates.
- Be a Force for Good: The team aims to create positive impact for everyone around them.
- Explain for a 10-year old: Communication should stay simple, clear, and inclusive, without unnecessary complexity.
Benefits
- Comprehensive medical insurance tailored to the region where you work.
- A monthly self-care and wellness allowance of $100.
- A monthly mental health allowance of $150 for therapy or career coaching.
- Annual company retreats for rest, connection, and collaboration.
- Stock options or profit sharing may be offered at the company’s discretion, allowing you to share in the company’s growth.
Additional Information
This role is based in Singapore and is part of a fast-moving, design-led company where work happens at high speed. The company values autonomy, ownership, collaboration with global teammates, and the opportunity to grow alongside the business as it scales.
